DESCRIPTION:This slightly higher alcohol (17.5%) brew has an aroma profiled filled with plum, ginger, sweet rice, pepper and floral tones. Deep, rich, round, chewy, thick and sweet -don't forget to lick your teeth for some bonus fruit flavors. There is a long tail that reappears bringing forth a little tingle amongs the cherries in syrup and maple syrup flavors. The flavors pop in a larger glass and this brew does well chilled and at room temp. Think gooey, juicy and fun! For the professionals - take note of the 0.6 amino acid level and the Miyaminishiki milled to 40%. | |
