- 1 lemon, quartered and seeded
- 2 ounces sake
- 1 ounce sugar syrup
- 1 ounce dry sparkling wine
Place the lemon wedges in a shaker and muddle well using the handle of
a wooden spoon. Add ice, the sake and sugar syrup. Shake well, strain
into a chilled cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine.
