Just a thought.......

Have you considered taking the information there and having a PDF file for people to download? This is information I would love to be able to print out, make notes in the margins, sit up at night sipping wine or sake, and let it flow in to the thickest 6 inches -my head- around.

Also can you recommend any good books on Sake?

We have talked about downloadable content several times, but we want to make sure sake basics can be done on the site without paying for it.  I think we agree premium content should be focused on certification vs. basic learning.  However, regarding books Beau is an excellent author we have a few excerpts from his book "Sake, A Modern Guide" on the site.

Technically our site can handle electronic delivery, but there is a ton of work we need to do to make it function correctly.  It is on our radar  :)

Jason.... you cant have mine!  LOL

On a serious note, adding on to creating a downloadable version of text, Beau why not do a video every so often. Some people dont have the patience or desire to read, but a video education series would be great. Just a 10 min segment on things like quality levels and breakdown, what to look for in tasting, detailed sections on each quality level, brewing process, etc....... but with a lot of fun involved.

I guess it is because I am trying to learn about this brew and I am not finding what I need, thing that my Som could answer for me when I had questions about wine.

Thanks.
