DESCRIPTION:This “essential” sake has a classic nose filled with young strawberry, kiwi, grains, and a hint of green bamboo. Sougen is a sake drinker’s sake. It is quintessential in the sense that it captures the Junmai experience with incredible balance and subtle persimmon hints.
