DESCRIPTION:A very drinkable and gentle sake that is round, soft, light and extremely smooth. This is the opposite of a boozy “jet-fuel-like” sake. There are subtle flavors of steamed rice, roasted nuts, rich fruit elements, and a main vein of cocoa. A great sake to drink at three temperatures – chilled, room and warmed. If you are a beginner this brew is a perfect starting point, and if you know your sakes then take note of the diversity of temperature points. | |
