Description: The nose on this rich Junmai is made up of nutty and buttery aromas with hints of ash and caramel. This is full-bodied sake with a smooth and clean start that meets a plump middle-mouth filled with wheat, grains, cherry and honey flavors. There is a very unique rolling dryness that is kept soft by a savory slightly fruity undercurrent that is more luscious than sweet. There is also a pronounced sweet and savory play that is best described as honey roasted nuts that is expansive in nature but produces a clean and quick finish.
