Description: Not many Tokubetsu Honjozos in the States, and with a nose made up of apricot, tea, peach, milk and grape elements this brew does not disappoint. A full-bodied brew with a tequila-like kick that is round, rich, and zesty. Look for gritty layers of flavors such as caramel, salt-water taffy, and Khalua on a smooth and vast flow. A very unique "attitude" sake that has soft feelings upfront and a tingly finish that would speak to those who enjoy tequila. Is it cocky or just confident? Who knows as long as it drinks rich and even with a vastness that excels in a larger vessel.
