Ohyama "Big Mountain"

Description: This Junmai has a nose of caramel and bananas. A smooth start is followed by a mellow fruit middle with strawberry tones and finishes with a dry ending. The thin viscosity plays with a hidden acidity to achieve a round and smooth crispness, which leaves a prolonged lingering flavor of cooked pears and subtle minerals. This is a classic dry sake that tastes fruitier than it really presents itself.
