This is a fantastic clean sweet brew. Everything about this brew was pleasant and easy. Would pair well with light fare...or just about anything. A definite must have. And the bottle is lovely too so makes a splendid gift.

I received a shipment of 5 brews and this was definitely one of my top two. The flavor set this very pink bottle apart from all the others, but the flavor wasn't so overpowering that I couldn't enjoy the crispness of it. My poor pregnant wife had to miss out on this one, but I'll definitely be ordering more in the future so she can enjoy it too!

Description: This Ginjo has a nose of soft metal or minerals mixed with persimmons and pomegranates. It has a very nice white chocolate clean beginning with vanilla middle and dried apple finish, all the while twisting in a flavor of snow melt and pears. This sake falls into the very clean and pristine category of Niigata sakes, and does not disappoint. The smoothness and thin viscosity melt in the warmth of your mouth and the fresh balance of acidity and crispness makes this Ginjo disappear with a lingering pear-like departure.
