Mizbasho - JDG
This brew is the big brother to the Junmai Ginjo, yet sweeter and richer. This JDG has hints of rich grain with a delicate sweetness and softness borne from the water used for brewing this sake. This guy is also lighter and more elegant than its little brother, with clean aromas of pear and green apple and ample acidity.
