Imagine all types of berries paired with vanilla ice cream topped with a hint of whip cream in a clear liquid form. Brewed by fermenting at a lower temperature, and adding steamed rice and rice koji with great care and attention to the main fermentation mash in ten stages [judan] of brewing, which takes twice as long as the standard types of sake. Others might just say "it is an old-school brew process." The box is included with the bottle.
