Ozeki Jyudan Jikomi
This standout brew is not too sweet and nearly perfect in this beautiful gemstone-colored bottle. It has a rich fruity bouquet, delicate flavor and a velvety texture that glides on the palate. Imagine all types of berries paired with vanilla ice cream topped with a hint of whip cream in a clear liquid form. Brewed by fermenting at a lower temperature, and adding steamed rice and rice koji with great care and attention to the main fermentation mash in ten stages [judan] of brewing, which takes twice as long as the standard types of sake. Others might just say "it is an old-school brew process." The box is included with the bottle.

A bit pricey but its well worth it great cold or hot sweet and thick if you got the spare cash layin around for the holidays i definitely recommend

Excellent taste and reasonable price
This is the best alcohol I've ever tasted. There is little to no burn going down but still gives you that warmth in your stomach. The best part is how refreshing it feels to drink.
