Rich, dry and smooth look for your sweet rice, caramel, and mild maple syrup licks on a velvety fluid flow. Smooth personified the beauty in this rich and savory beast is that it should drink sweet, but it doesn’t! I think "Dry Wave" will become one of my "go to" sakes. It is crisp, clean, has multiple taste patterns, is easily paired with many foods. I prefer it cold but it does well warm. It is an excellent choice.
Dry, crisp and lots of warm alcohol burn. Overall very smooth and refreshing and great with food.
Koji, mulberry, prune aroma. Crystal clear and colorless. Melon and koji, honey and blackberry on the back end. Strong umami overtones. Light body, but rather warm and velvety.
Clear color. Aroma of rice, peaches, vanilla. taste initially bland, but with sushi, peaces, tangerines, floral notes and rice flavors appeared. Tasty.
