And yes the flavor matches the aroma as this deep and layered sake has a gamey attitude that is full and robust. Look for flavors such as rice and grains that blend into a gentle earthiness with a vein of vanilla. A Ginjo that tastes like rice - how novel! Velvety, gutsy, and complex this brew is bold and yet subdued. More richness comes out at room temp and so does a peek-a-boo view of marshmallow.
