Beni Otome Sesame
The pioneer of sesame shochu this offering is neutral and clean at first (thanks to its make up of 60% wheat, 30% rice, and 10% sesame), but finishes with a rich sweetness of full-on toasted sesame. Produced with no additives, it is stored for three years, giving it a soft, rich flavor with an intense, yet comforting aroma of golden toasted sesame paste. A smooth, mellow mouthfeel slides into a nutty toasted finish. Enjoy this warm, on the rocks, or mixed with milk.
