Description: This well-built and solid Junmai has an intriguing nose filled with steamed rice, whipping cream, custard, papaya and blueberry gum tones. Round, light, rich and full-bodied this brew drinks very smoothly and has a nice structure. There are blueberry and other fruit flavors that dance with the creaminess for a "blueberries in cream" taste that drinks more rich than sweet. A smaller vessel produces more of a tail and a larger glass pulls more creaminess. The roundness and smooth elements also take heat well.
