59 Takachiyo Red Yeast Junmai
An extravagant blend of apple, berry, citrus and cranberry. Made with an unpasteurized yeast that turns this sake red, the process is completely natural! This sake is very expressive and drinks semi-sweet with a dash of tartness.

We got a bottle each of this one and the Nigori. I prefer Nigori, but my wife and her bestie like Junmai. Honestly none of us could pick between the two, they were both extremely smooth and just sweet enough. Super enjoyable; would definitely buy again.
