Bubbles! This is the sake we all need. It makes for the perfect hostess gift, or a fun accompaniment for a festive gathering, or the unique sake you haven't yet added to your encyclopedia palate. The bubbles are the result of secondary fermentation, which results in small delicate pops of flavor presenting the yeast, rice, white grape, and mineral aromas. Sorah is filtered to remove extra rice particles and makes for a clean sparkling sake that drinks dry with a gentle richness of savory elements to it. It is ricey and not overtly fruity or sweet.
