Daitengu "Heavenly Dog" Tokubetsu Junmai
This Tokubetsu [special] Junmai honors the legend of the Tengu, a spirit known to bring good luck. Brewed by Saori Kobari, the 5th generation [and first female] brewmaster in the brewery's history. It is a richer, umami-rich, food-friendly sake that has aromas of banana, yogurt, and melon, and a smooth mouthfeel with enough acidity to pair with rich cuisine. This sake makes a great gift as the ceramic vessel—styled as a tengu [heavenly dog], in Japan a mythological symbol full of pride and power—is accompanied by a serving cup. The box will accompany the bottle with this order.
