Description:  This plum sake was made by soaking premium plums in sake for four months and adding a touch of sucrose. The nose is filled with plum, white raisin, and honey elements. Round, smooth and chewy there is a carnival of sweet and juicy flavors to behold. Look for plum and white grape tones mixed with hints of honey and raisins. This is very much a dessert brew along the lines of a Sauterne with fat and plump sweet expressions that drink smoother than the usual tanginess of ume-shu. Add an ice cube for even more sweetness that balances out the richness of the brew. Think after dinner drink and smile with the gentle sweetness.
