Hakutsuru Sayuri "Little Lilly"
This unfiltered sake has a very light nose filled with cream, cherry blossom, and white grape elements. “Sayuri” is a very special nigori – it is neither flashy nor boring. The brew is clean and easy with a semi-sweet appearance and a very smooth finish. There is a watery softness that is hard to explain amongst all of the Nigori qualities, but it is not watery! Light and creamy with subtle fruit tones and an overall “milkiness.” If you like it light and easy this brew is for you! Out of stock? You might also like this highly reviewed nigori from Ozeki.

Deliciously smooth and sweet I can Highly recommend this to anyone, best served chilled
Its a very sweet brew the creamy thick texture makes it go down easy and the sweetness is superb well worth the price
It was nice and light and sweet but I don't think it was strong enough. but even the bottle looks amazing I'm going to keep the bottle as a decoration.
This sake was very crisp. I loved it!
I stoped by a local specialty liquor store, Uncorked, looking for a nigori sake. I’ve had it in restaurants and really enjoyed it. I figured it was time to have a bottle or two at home. I decided to try this brand and a lower price brand to compare. This product gave me exactly what I wanted. A slight sweet taste, pleasant aroma and the milky color I expect with a nigori sake. I will be sure to always keep a bottle on hand as in continue my sake education journey.
