Brewed using the kimoto method to produce a robust, yet elegant umami taste with a refreshingly smooth and clean kire [pretty; lovely; beautiful] finish. A clean Niigata style with medium sweetness, and a smooth, milky, refreshing profile with hints of citrus. The sake has been aged for over 3 years at -5⁰C and represents the ultimate in taste.
