A cool and full aroma of rice blossoms in unison. As it touches the pallet, you will experience a sensation that is mellow and delicate. Notes of marshmallows appease your senses. This sakeʼs appearance is medium-dry as it is pure and true to its taste so as to not interfere with the cuisine.

Unexpected and delightfully tasty.

Lite alcohol vapor on the nose with a citrus scent. Soft on the tongue with a noticeable orange cream throughout and a hint of sarsaparilla tingle on the backside to finish.
