Description: This Junmai has a nose of pears, soft cedar and koji rice. The first sip is smooth and layered in fruit tones of apple and vanilla that are blended into a slow middle mouth that tastes like the flavor catches up. It is a shining example of a smooth and light Junmai that tastes like it was founded upon good water and the acidity moves evenly throughout. A well built sake that is much more complex than the easy nature leads one to believe. Also a classic example of a dry sake that tastes sweeter than indicated for a clean and fulfilling flavor experience.
