Sake Sangria

8 oz Hakutsuru "Sho-Une" sake
1 bottle Merlot
3 oz pomegranate juice
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz lime juice
6 oz orange juice
4 oz simple syrup
1 cup of soda water
Fresh orange slices for garnish

Old-Fashioned Sake Style

50ml of Hakushika Goka Senneju Sake
1 dash of bitters
1 Sugar cube
1 Maraschino cherry to garnish
1 Orange slice or wedge to garnish
1 Lemon slice to garnish

How to make it:
Add the sake and Angostura bitters to an old-fashioned glass fill with ice (large ice cubes are better) and mix well.
Garnish with a lemon slice, orange slice, maraschino cherry with a cocktail pin.
Add a stir stick and serve.

Sake Mojito

5 oz. of Miyosakae Tenmi
6 fresh mint leaves
1 tsp. granulated sugar
½ lime cut into small pieces
1 oz club soda
1 sprig mint

How to make it:
Combine the mint leaves, sugar, and lime in a shaker
Crush or muddle using a wooden spoon
Add the sake and shake well
Strain the mixture in a serving glass with ice
Add the club soda and a sprig of mint to garnish
